Hibachi Blue serves a big variety of food from noodles to fried rice to sushi. My favorite food is the Soba Noodle with chicken, shrimp and scallops. I love the veggie fried dumplings, too. They were fresh prepared with amazing flavoring. The workers are very friendly to answer any questions. The environment is clean and well organized. Highly recommended to have a nice lunch with your family.

My husband and I always order the hibachi steak, without half the vegetables it comes with. We are always pleased. We have never had any of the other menu items, so we cannot speak for those. Rice is bland, but 1 cup of white sauce per rice mound is usually enough to make up for it. We have been coming here about twice a week for the last 2 years.

Love this place! Super affordable. Great amount of food and flavor is the perfect hibachi. I always do takeout and live walking distance. They always have it rest for me within about 10 minutes.

I eat at this restaurant weekly and am never disappointed. Highly recommend the chicken with brocolli and rice. Don’t forget to add the cream sauce!
